Admission Procedures

1. Parent Visit

We encourage parents to visit the school first before arranging a visit for their child. Please call the school to schedule a meeting and tour. During your visit you will learn more about The Brighton School. In turn, we are excited to learn more about your child.

2. Application and Fee

Please complete the application and return it with a non-refundable $50 fee to the school as soon as possible.

3. Admission Screening and Student Visit

The school will contact applicants to schedule an admission screening. Candidates will meet individually with a faculty member for approximately 30 minutes and visit their respective grade.

4. Recommendations and School Records

Following the student screening and visit, you will receive a packet containing an academic records release form and teacher recommendation form to be distributed at your child’s current school. This information will be placed in your child’s folder to await acceptance decisions.

5. Admissions Decisions

The Brighton School has a rolling admissions process. Candidates will be notified shortly after all information has been received. The number of openings in a given grade is determined by the re-enrollment of present Brighton School students.
